• Thank you to everyone who attended the Fuddruckers fundraiser last Monday!
• The TSTA-SP District II Convention is THIS SATURDAY! November 7th 10am-3pm in Wehner on West Campus! The cost is $25 and includes your registration fee, lunch, a full day of professional development, and a cute t-shirt!
  
• We will be adopting a child for the Christmas season - a 7 year old boy - please bring any toys, games, or clothing (size 7-8, youth M) Please bring items to the next meeting, Monday, November 16th.
• Our "Holiday Bash!" will be Monday, November 30th in Koldus 111 (our meeting room!) We will have crafts and snacks, but please sign up by the next meeting November 16th so we can have enough for everyone!
• Our next meeting will be a special treat! Our TSTA-SP State Coordinator, Bryan Weatherford will be speaking to us about professional dress & interview tips. AND, because it is our last meeting we will be giving out extra door prizes!

• Tonight was the last night to sign up for District at a meeting! Forms can be filled out and returned to Dr. Koebernick's office in 317 Harrington Tower (Cost = $20 before November 1st/$25 after).
• Join us Monday, October 26th for a fundraiser at Fuddruckers! We will be there from 5pm-9pm, just tell the cash register you're there for TSTA! :)

• Join us for a U Paint It social on Sunday, October 11th 3-6pm. TSTA will pay for your studio fee, all you have to worry about is what to paint!
• Don't forget to sign up for District!! The last meeting to register is October 19th - the cost is $20 but increases to $25 after November 1st. Forms can also be brought to Dr. Koebernick's office in 317 Harrington Tower.

• Friday, October 2nd TSTA will be having a fundraiser at Kyle Field for the Bryan High School/A&M Consolidated High School football game! We will be face painting and accepting donations - please contact Megan Mitcham at mlmitcham@tamu.edu if you are interested in participating!
• Booseum and Fall Fest at the Children's Museum of the Brazos Valley is coming up fast - Saturday, October 24th! TSTA will be volunteering at this event so please email Lauren at LaurenL3788@tamu.edu if you are interested in participating!

• TSTA will be sponsoring an elementary school class in Irving, TX - the classes have pep rally's every week and one class has chosen to represent Texas A&M -- whoop! Please bring to the next meeting (September 26th) any T-Shirts (youth sizes), 12th man towels, face paint, temporary tattoos, etc. that would help this class show their Aggie pride!
• On Saturday, September 26th TSTA will be having a Tailgate in Spence Park, 3-5pm! We will have Layne's chicken fingers, pasta/potato salad, drinks and dessert. Stop by before watching the Ags BTHO UAB!
